A typical integration

The order most shops connect in, from the first key to returns.

  1. 01

    Get a key

Generate one in your reseller dashboard under Settings → API Keys, limit it to the scopes you need, and send it as x-api-key on every request. Authentication

  2. 02

    Sync your catalogue

GET /products returns the products in your own catalogue with their variants and computed prices. After the first pull, pass updated_since to fetch only what changed. Products

  3. 03

    Keep stock current

Subscribe to stock.low, stock.out and product.updated, and reconcile against GET /inventory/movements with since set to your last sync. Inventory

  4. 04

    Place orders safely

POST /orders with the customer's delivery address. Send an external_ref (or Idempotency-Key) every time, so a retry can never place a second order or take a second payment. Orders

  5. 05

    Track fulfilment

Register an HTTPS endpoint and receive order.shipped, order.delivered and the rest of the lifecycle, each delivery signed with HMAC-SHA256. Webhook events

  6. 06

    Handle cancellations and returns

POST /orders/{id}/cancel while an order is pending or confirmed; POST /orders/{id}/returns within 14 days of delivery. Orders
